Key Largo

These shells represent the typical white and yellow phase shells from Key Largo.
I use the term phase because I've never seen intergrades, even from mixed populations.

At the left is a yellow phase laying eggs. At the right is a white phase heading back up the tree after laying, with remnants of leaf litter and soil on the shell.
